On the palate the wine is rich, with a good structure and mouth-filling tannins. Long and rewarding back palate. To be combined with lamb with herbs.
Barolo Selezione Morra Toso 2018 Alcohol content 14%. Made FROM Nebbiolo grapes. Ageing: depending ON the vintage, this Barolo matured 20/26 months IN large wooden casks AND 12/18 months IN the bottle. The colour IS garnet red WITH orange hues due TO aging. Good texture. The bouquet IS complex AND intense, WITH slightly ethereal characteristics. ON the nose, scents OF dried violet AND rose, ripe red fruit, hot AND sweet spices. ON the palate this wine IS warm, FULL-bodied, WITH austere but quite soft tannins, savoury taste.&nb
